Christmas Food cravings

Are you afraid you might gain a few pounds over Christmas because of great, delicious food?

I hope you are looking forward to this magical time just like you used to when you were a child. Here is my Christmas gift to you. For those of you who have concerns about overeating during the Christmas:

Use the following affirmation every night before you fall asleep for 21 day.

“Nothing can taste as good as my freedom to be in control of what I eat, when I eat and how much I eat.”

Repeat this affirmation 4-7 times, truly enjoying the feeling of satisfaction and fullness in your stomach, paying attention to the satisfying taste in your mouth and comforting and peaceful thoughts in your mind. You will be surprise to notice that you feel full, satisfied and complete with much less food in your stomach.
